We were tasked with the complete renovation of this lawn which totalled 400m2 and took approximately 8 weeks to fully establish.

Scarification and preparation
Firstly the lawn was heavily scarified in multiple directions to remove all the dead matter and also provide a quality seed bed for the new ryegrass.

Seed and Top Dressing
20kg of quality seed was sown plus 800kg of quality top dressing to cover the new seed ready for germination and 1000kg of top soil to level the worst areas of the lawn.

Cuts and Feeds
Once ready for cutting the lawn received multiple cuts to ensure quality density of the sward.
A scheduled liquid feed program was then applied a 2 weekly intervals.

Handover
When ready for handover a final renovation granular feed was applied to provide a slow release feed of into the lawn and begin the process of strengthening the new seed ready for the winter
