01
Scarification and Preperation
This lawn had a heavy amount of weeds and was very uneven. We started by removing the weeds and double scarifying to even the soil bed and remove all the thatch.
02
Seeded and Covered
To increase the speed of germination and protect the new seed, a lawn fleece was laid. This will lock in heat and moisture and increase quality germination. 2.5kg of seed was used, top dressed with 200kg of nutrient rich compost.

03
Cutting and Feeds
This lawn was cut 2-3 per week to create the perfect sward density, coupled with a liquid feed program.
04
Handover
To complete the renovation, a wetting agent and slow release granular fertiliser was applied to feed for the following 3 months.
