Bromham Full Renovation

We were tasked with the complete renovation of this lawn which totalled 280m2 and took approximately 8 weeks to fully establish.

Seed Type:

40% Tetraploid Dwarf Amenity Ryegrass.
60% Dwarf Amenity Ryegrass.

Scarification and levelling

This lawn was in need of some TLC, new owners of the property tasked Green Leaf with a full renovation and we started by scarifying and adding additional top soil to level off the dips.

Seed, Top Dressing & Fleece

To maximise the germination and protect from the significant bird presence due to the trees around the garden we lawn fleeced the new seed.

11kg of new seed was used.

Cutting and Feed Program

Lawn fleece removed after 14 days, a cutting schedule and feed program was then devised for the next 5 weeks.

Hand Over

Renovation was completed with the application of a 15-15-15 summer fertiliser to provide quality nutrition over the following 2 months.
